"Stayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch Would have been handy to offer an umbrella in room as walk to hotel in rain not ideal Would certainly return"

"Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your...

"Lovely hotel and excellent parking. Food options were very good and could be taken in various areas (bar, restaurant or room) Staff all very friendly and we really liked the pool which could be reserved for exclusive use. Will be back "

"Great location, lovely to wander into Holt whilst we were there. Very clean and tidy cottage. Parking excellent and good communication from the host, easy to find and check in"

"This was a fantastic property. It was very well maintained and comfortable. Super well equipped, not only with all the nice things to have in a rental (coffee!) but tons of kids toys and books which was great. We loved the garden; were in and out all day. And we thoroughly enjoyed the village: ate at Ali's and The Ship Inn & visited the church, beach, and playground. Can't recommend this property highly enough!"
