"We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! "

"Great house in a lovely village that we knew nothing about before this trip Juliet provided all the information we needed prior to the stay and her house is very welcoming and a very good base to stay in Lots of little gifts in the house on arrival add to the overall great experience we’ve had"

"Pleasant village 2-3 miles from Holt or Sherringham. On bus route but car preferred. 100 yards from good pub/ restaurant with good food and beer. Rooms clean and well appointed almost like new in 100 year old converted stable. The house worked well for two adults and two young children for an extended stay in July and August. Missed having a washing machine but otherwise fully ready to go. Just one parking place"

"Overall a good stay, very clean and nice apartments, good reception and nice pool spa areas as well as an excellent bar and restaurant. Well situated near the lighthouse for a robust walk down to the sea and town etc. we found it perfect, but lots of steps and steep slopes so Not great for people with limited mobility. The studio had a couple of modern electric wall heaters but they struggled to get up to a decent temp even though outside temp was around 11 deg . First evening was cool to stay...

"Jasmine cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay away from home. I went with my daughters, and a small dog, to explore the area and do plenty of walking. November is a great time to go. The beaches are mostly empty. Bird life is amazing. There are lots of trails as well as the Norfolk coastal path. I am vegan and one daughter is veggie. "Had a lovely time. The staff were very helpful. We had a nice room. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for us. Very hot rooms. We turned off the heating and opened the windows. A lot of Mold, spiders and cobwebs around the windows. The pool area was great. We had slippers and robes provided, very helpful for walking to the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, would have preferred table service. "
