"My experience with the hotel was beyond expectations. From the moment we walked in to the day we checked out. The couple who runs it were there to greet us, the next morning they prep us our individual breakfast suitable for our needs. Steph who works there was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Rooms weee super clean with fresh towels and amenities daily . Highly recommend this hotel anyone travelling with family specially small children . Beach front location .. 👌"

"Unfortunately we made reservation at the last moment. The Hotel was practically fully booked but one room, which turned out to be a freshly renovated room but in the worst location. Overlooking the parking lot and the neighbors across the street. I suggest anyone who wants to book this Hotel to book a waterfront room. Other than that the Hotel is very nice."

"Had a fantastic night. Lovely little place. Beautiful room. Really nicely decorated, you can tell a lot of effort has gone in to the room and communal areas. Amazing sea view to wake up to. Everything you could need, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Lots of options to control overnight temperature to our liking. Very very clean. Hosts were friendly and able to advise of good parking nearby. Wasn't noisy, from inside or out. Would definitely recommend. Incredible quality for the price."

"We were upgraded when we arrived to a Seaview room. The room was a nice size, very clean with a wonderful view. Having steps straight onto a beautiful beach was amazing. The hotel staff very friendly and informative. We enjoyed using the Spa facilities. The only slight issue was there is very little parking however there is road side parking and if you do have to paid to park they do reimburse you. "

"Staff are worth their weight in gold and the Canford boasts some heavy weights. Take a walk along the nearby promenade and take in the surrounding area and its wealthy residents. Food at breakfast and dinner was superb. This establishment like so many other places is a dog friendly hotel and bar. On a damp day, your nose will remind you. I tried to plug in my firestick at the back of the telly but was put off by the avalanche of dust. Bathroom window is losing the fight against the ivy growing...

"We had no good experience. Reception staff would be extremely rude. Elevator only for luggage and it was broken, the front desk clerk ordered my husband to carry the luggage on the stairs. Small room. Bathroom stall extremely small. They charged £ 10 for a late check out at 1 pm (even with all the bad service and the elevator issue). This hotel should never be rated 4 stars at most 3 stars! We regret choosing this hotel! And the breakfast with very few options!"
