"Friends and family coming in and out to visit a friend in from Ireland and just relax. The view was awesome. Loved the porch, beach combing, just chilling and visiting. I didn't realize I had such a nice place so close. I will be back for a longer, just relax, stay "

"Awesome place in a small community. The house faces the beach and the view from the deck is fantastic. It is stocked with cooking supplies so that all you need to bring is food and maybe some extra drinking water. The beds are very comfortable and I slept like a baby. "

"My wife and I planned a family vacation for Thanksgiving, but as it turned out, not everyone was able to get the week off. We decided to leave early and find a halfway point to stay by ourselves. We are so glad we found Hook, Wine and Sinker. What a gem. The decor is fresh and up to date, the setting is quiet and peaceful, and the kitchen is well stocked. It was a great place for us to decompress. We enjoyed every minute. Thanks for sharing your place with us."

"We have Texas and Louisiana Family . The House was a perfect gathering space for us for 3 nights . Plenty of room ,very clean and everything we needed to cook a cajun style Thanksgiving . Tonia was great to communicate with and always available . We will be renting in the future."

"We had family come south from Missouri to meet family from Florida for a long weekend. It was overall a wonderful trip. The house is located on a very quiet kid friendly beach. It was a great house and we enjoyed most everything about it. The spiral staircase to the third floor was both unique it also a challenge keeping the toddlers off it. 😉 we would stay there again."

"I definitely recommend this location. It was a beautiful home. I have never stayed in a place that had every single thing you needed minus the food, of course. The cabin was beautiful, very clean The host response to you very quickly. The only thing I wish was different was a closer location to go fishing something walking distance But besides that I would definitely stay at this location again "

"Always a great experience with Josh. Nice house, great amenities and awesome location for fishing. Sleeps 7 with no bunk beds and that makes the difference. Dont pass this place up if youre in Hackberry. Super host and facility. "

"This was our second stay at the Sea Gypsy Beach house ! The house was perfect for mornings on the porch listening to the waves, and watching the pelicans and sea gulls fly over, and walking the beach collecting sea shells, afternoons spent fishing in the surf ! "
