"Our room was updated and mostly clean. There were crumbs on the kitchen floor and carpet, but otherwise very clean. The bed was comfy and definitely better than staying home with no power. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful!"

"The suite room was enormous, beds comfortable, and the price for the room was great. The staff didn't want to make an exception for early checkin, which was fine, but then chastised me for booking through a 3rd party and told me I should only ever book through the hotel directly. Staff also said that the expedia message I sent was never received by her (the hotel), even though the reply in expedia said it was the hotel's response. Confusing. "

"Most staff were so polite; however, when I checked in, someone was at the front desk and did not acknowledge me, or tell me that someone would be right with me. I had to wait until someone else came to help me. If that was not her job to check me in, that is fine, but at least acknowledge me. The rest of the staff were quite accommodating. The stay was very comfortable."
