"This house and property were great. We had seven people in our party with plenty of room to spread out. The house and property were well maintained. The path to the dock and the shallow water at the dock were great for the kids. We took advantage of the rowboat and kayak. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We were a bit, surprised by all of the rules at the pool and beach (ie. could not dock at beach, eat food at pool and...

"The house was beautiful, and spotless! We went as a family get together with several infants so cleanliness was important, and it was very clean! The house was very cozy and luxurious! The theater room was amazing to spend the night in with the kids watching a movie, and karaoke was just the cherry on top. A helpful tip, if you’re in a big group, space your showers/baths out so you have enough hot water, this was a small issue for us. But overall I couldn’t recommend this house enough!!! "

"I have had a lot of home rental experiences and this one was stand out for me. Yoel and his team (Dave) did a wonderful job ahead of time and during the weekend to make sure we had what we needed. He proactively reached out and offered to help. He brought my kids scooters from his house during the weekend. It was lovely. The house is beautiful. With capacity to host like 30 people. We had lots of room and our kids were able to run and enjoy themselves. "

"What a great weekend. My family and I celebrated my birthday, and spent both nights around the firepit relaxing. Saturday we hiked the Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area, and then stopped by a local flea market. Everything was amazing, very clean, tons of firewood and space for the whole family. Will book again. "
