The space
Brick home w/wood floors, high quality and very comfortable furniture. A mattress that I like better than my own with plenty of space below for your luggage. Fully stocked kitchen with very nice bakeware. Kitchen offers electric range/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, egg poacher, pots, pans, 40 piece accessory set, beautiful dinnerware, paper plates, napkins and my MeMaws apple pie dish. Exterior provides a large yard, patio and patio furniture. Welcome! Enjoy your stay at Outdoor Adventures Cottage!
Guest access
Our guests have access to the entire home and level yard. Concrete patio with patio table, chairs & umbrella. Beautiful plantings for your enjoyment when you enjoy the patio. I am currently creating upgraded planting beds around the house and will have updated exterior photos soon. Pets allowed: see additional information/pet fee.
Other things to note
Well behaved pets welcome. Let me know if you need a pet crate. I will have one there for you. Sofa & chair covered so that you are comfortable letting your pet feel at home in the living room. Pets must be crated when you are not in the home and please keep pets out of the 2 bedrooms. We have an allergy cleaning protocol and the bedrooms need to be kept as allergy free as possible due to the mattresses & bedding. Guests and/or pets damaging the home will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Current Rabies certificate required for any pets in the home. Pets must be on a leash anytime due to City of Hickory leash laws and the safety of your pet.
