They weren’t very good at troubleshooting our problem with the keypad entry code, but we eventually managed to get in. About half hour later we received a call from the owner and she was very kind & we appreciated the call! :) luckily we only required the house for an overnight stay because there wasn’t any WiFi available and our service...
