"The property had everything I look for but ... I don't use plastic kettles & the cleaners use a product that leaves a mild smell in the unit, akin to a cheap perfume. I can't see why we need to fill our living spaces with the odour of artificial (chemical) scents - bottom line, they are toxic. What is wrong with fresh air ? Luckily it was mild and having windows open mitigated the use of such products. "

"Stayed only one night. Room was spacious clean and comfortable with a view of the beach and ocean from our room and balcony. Hot tub in the room went unused by us but was a nice amenity to have."

"Great motor inn overlooking the sea and only a 10 minute walk from the Art Deco centre. Large room, nicely furnished with a very large comfortable bed. There are numerous eating options closeby."

"Minha esposa e eu ficamos hospedados apenas uma noite, para dividir nossa descida de Auckland a Wellington. Que arrependimento! O hotel é muito charmoso e fica bem em frente à praia. A 10 minutos de distância a pé, há diversos restaurantes e algum comércio. Todos foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Napier é uma cidade a parte...parece que parou no tempo! Me senti nos anos 50! recomendo ficar lá pelo menos duas noites (não sei se vale ficar muito mais do que isso, porque não há muitas...

"Check in wasn’t great . Last minute.co booking stated payment at the motel but website took payment prior without my knowledge leading to confusion at check in. Booked for 2 adults , 3 kids but room only set up for 4. Receptionist confused and it was starting to sound like our problem. In the end we were offered a seperate room or additional bedding which we opted for . Room very clean and tidy, beds comfortable and good water pressure, room service staff very friendly . Outside deck garden ...
