"The woman at the front desk was very accommodating. We had to ask to switch rooms and she made it happen! We asked for a late checkout and again she made it happen. "
"Hotel is very nice and extremely clean. Beds are super comfortable. The manager on duty the night we stayed was very accommodating when we asked for a room change. Would definitely stay here again . "

"Staff was very courteous and friendly, welcoming.
While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly.
All was good otherwise. "

"The hall carpet cleaner than rooms, pink mold in shower faucet, dirty corners of floors. Bathtub slippery, no mat.
Check in was great. Person at desk was helpful and very cheery. "
"The staff was great, kind and helpful. Even though the property was a little older, it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the bar and it was delicious. "

"I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and while my experience was generally okay, I faced a frustrating situation that left me quite disappointed.
During my stay, I accidentally left behind my denim jacket in my room when checking out. It wasn't just anywhere - I specifically remember leaving it under one of the pillows on the bed. As soon as I noticed my jacket was missing, I quickly called the hotel, providing them all the necessary details about the room and where I had left the...
"The bed was in good condition, the towels were new and clean, and the breakfast had a healthy option with fruit and proteins such as scrambled eggs. The only problem was the bathtub with a reduced drain.
The service at breakfast with Mrs. Bev was fantastic, as was the service at the front desk with Mrs. Rosie (Sneha)."
