"Remodeling and the debris associated that didn't bother me, but I was surprised it was not mentioned in the property description. Reserved two King Bedrooms and when we arrived not long after (<30 minutes) the booking was told we would have to take two Queen Beds rooms vs. single King rooms? If we had known, we weren't getting the rooms we reserved, and the property had construction ongoing we would have booked one of the many other available hotels."

"Was our bad timing to arrive as the lobby was being re-tiled, the elevator out of service, and the fitness center closed (for the re-tiling). We stayed on the first floor and our visit was fine; nice breakfast. When we reported a bulb out, front desk provided a new one. Nice comfortable bed"

"We were in town to see a show at the Tennessee Theatre. We chose this hotel because it was right next door and we got a good deal where it is off-season. The staff was friendly, breakfast is provided, and there is a Starbucks within the hotel. We did not get to partake in the rooftop bar/lounge, but that is also a nice feature. "The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love. My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing."

"Great hotel. Our go-to place to stay in Knoxville. One minute walk to the Square. We park in the garage one block away on State Street to save $$$. Delicious food, excellent breakfast buffet. Wonderful shower. Large, comfy bed. My only complaint is the automatic, bright bathroom lights, which is great during waking hours, but not desirable in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this hotel."
