"The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia."

"This house was perfect for our family trip to Belize! Juanito and the rest of the house staff were always available when we needed them and so friendly and easy to interact with. "Pointe House is an attractive, clean, and well-appointed vacation home. There is a friendly caretaker on site. The pool is very nice and the views are outstanding.The road to the village is a little rocky for walking after dark so renting a golf cart may be a good idea. "

"The tour guides suggested by Tom were great. Snorkeling, Hiking, cave tubing, Mayan ruins - every experience was easily accesible from the home. Proximity to Palcencia was perfect- we took a golf cart into town each night for ice cream - a fun family excursion with teenagers. Truly a great home, great location, and a wonderful experience. "Property owner had a pipe bust at original property prior to our arrival. Rental manager called and emailed about upgrading and the recommended property was amazing. Host has someone meet you at property on arrival to walk you through, checks in you and Jessie made some wonderful recommendations. "This house was just as described. It was beautiful and felt like home! Having no AC was no issue at all. The breeze sweeps through the house and keeps it cool and there are fans in each room. The deck was great. We saw dolphins and manatees. We really enjoyed floating in the water right off the dock and watching the beautiful sun sets. "This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!"

"This place is located within walking distance to the village and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The views of both the ocean and the lagoon are amazing and just a great spot to relax. "

"We had 11 family members and rented all four units. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The roof top pool was a hit and the units are awesome. We would definitely stay again and will refer our friends."
