"The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and in great location for many restaurants. "

"This house was just as described. It was beautiful and felt like home! Having no AC was no issue at all. The breeze sweeps through the house and keeps it cool and there are fans in each room. The deck was great. We saw dolphins and manatees. We really enjoyed floating in the water right off the dock and watching the beautiful sun sets. "Relaxing time! Highly recommend this VRBO!Great staff, Macario was there for any need that arose. He and the staff made wonderful breakfasts and lunches for 7 days.Beds were very comforatable as well as the temperature in the house.We so enjoyed all the outdoor activities.We also hired the chef for each night, and dinners were decilious.You cannot go wrong in reserving this Villa!The entire place is just like the pictures on VRBO."

"Pointe House is an attractive, clean, and well-appointed vacation home. There is a friendly caretaker on site. The pool is very nice and the views are outstanding.The road to the village is a little rocky for walking after dark so renting a golf cart may be a good idea. "

"Very nice people and beautiful property"

"We just came home after staying for two weeks. This was the perfect little beach house for us - very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The Casita, white sand beach, plunge pool and dock make this place a perfect little paradise. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Brad and Lucas!"

"Enjoyed the overall experience "

"This amazing house worked well for our group of seven, all adults. Everyone had their own bedrooms and baths and enjoyed the common areas, giving everyone an opportunity to go read or join in on the games. We used the paddleboard and kayaks in the ocean and spent many hours in and by the pool- plenty of sun or shade with comfortable outdoor seating. We had rented a golf cart so it was an easy 10 minute trip to Placencia to enjoy the charming town and several good restaurants. The hosts, Ruben...

"Good location as a base to explore the peninsula, close to shopping, other beaches, diving. Private beach was a coconut's throw from the balcony to the caribbean. Awoke to striking sunrises and a stiff consistent breeze offset the warmer temperatures."

"Wonderful location"

"absolutely a wonderful stay! beach pool pier and seclusion! a great space for a family of 4and if you need there is another casa on property so you can rent both spaces for a family retreat! simply a wonderful perfect place for our family of 4!!! couldn’t have asked for a more perfect space! 30 minutes from placencia but we didn’t want to be in the touristy spot! this was a perfect place for us! "
