"If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. "Stayed in a cottage on Stocking Island; very peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Poor communication with loss of power one night and both emergency numbers were not answered. Quite concerning. Took a couple days to get our stove working. "

"Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away. "

"AC broke but replaced in 1/2 day.. no water view but had a car to go everywhere ,rented a little 20' boat with to couples.Snorkling was fantastic! Islanders & Host Sabrina very wonderful.we stayed 8 days first time to Exuma's.usually stay Abacos and Walkers Cay for fishing. Didn't fish Exuma's."

" Great experience on Stocking Island. Boat was a great change of pace and most definitely a unique experience. Mathieu made sure I was taken care of with the help of Marco, and that all my needs were met. Marco went above and beyond and was a fantastic help. "This house was absolutely amazing!! Great location. It was perfect for our group of 3 families with kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.
