"Apenas atenção nas reservas pelo expedia, existe uma tarifa de hotelaria deste hotel que o expedia não incluiu no preço final da estadia, oque tornou a diaria atrativa na comparação com os outros hotéis da ilha e descobri apenas no momento do Check in. "If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. "Stayed in a cottage on Stocking Island; very peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Poor communication with loss of power one night and both emergency numbers were not answered. Quite concerning. Took a couple days to get our stove working. "

"Everything you need, if a little dated. Good beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen, large fridge. There are beach chairs and umbrellas, good out door furniture. We thought it was on the beach, but is about 3 mins walk away. The best beach in the Caribbean and Sandy’s bar on the beach really makes it! Internet and wifi very intermittent and power goes out often. The road in is rough but doable, main shopping in Georgetown, and Santanas bar is a good local place not far away. "

"AC broke but replaced in 1/2 day.. no water view but had a car to go everywhere ,rented a little 20' boat with to couples.Snorkling was fantastic! Islanders & Host Sabrina very wonderful.we stayed 8 days first time to Exuma's.usually stay Abacos and Walkers Cay for fishing. Didn't fish Exuma's."

"Anchorage has a beautiful high-up view of the harbor and is two minutes from downtown George Town…Exuma Market, gas station, a clinic, several hangouts and shops, Exuma Yacht Club and the fish fry all right there. " Great experience on Stocking Island. Boat was a great change of pace and most definitely a unique experience. Mathieu made sure I was taken care of with the help of Marco, and that all my needs were met. Marco went above and beyond and was a fantastic help. "This was our second time staying at "the House on the Hill". It's beautiful and comfortable and the perfect vacation home for us. "The place was good for the price. Loved the location. Bed was big which I loved but a little too hard for me. Loved having the washer and dryer in there . The couch was very uncomfortable. Cloe said they are doing a full renovation in April can’t wait to see it all done over."
