"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in a one bedroom suite here. We could prepare breakfast in the kitchenette and we walked everywhere we wanted to visit/eat from the hotel. Our kids loved the pool. I also accidentally left some medicine in a drawer when we left and the staff very kindly arranged for it to me mailed to me. "

"Easy check in. Great location. Quick drive to downtown. We were on a 2 week road trip and this was the only hotel that gave my two kids each a welcome gift with snacks and games! I thought that was so thoughtful of them. "

"The mineral pools were wonderful and being open until 11.00 pm were an option after an evening out. The food as well-presented but somewhat over-seasoned to my taste. "

"I stayed in a micro double. The room was the size of my bed plus a fridge. Since I had just one carryon it was fine. Bathrooms mostly clean. No shampoo or soap, though. Good breakfast, with boiled eggs, fruit, bread and peanut butter and jam, plus cofee and tea (these were available all day). Good deal for the price."

"Great room downtown Victoria, wonderfully comfortable bed, and good amenities with fridge, microwave etc. Didn't feel like we were in a loud downtown. Only comment is that the facility said they had secure overnight bicycle parking. This is not the case, they suggested putting it in their parking lot, or in nearby city parkade, neither of which is considered secure. Other than that, wonderful stay. "
