Unlike many other hotels in China (including a five star hotel in same area I stayed before), everything in this hotel works as they are designed to. Front desk is helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! A minor complaint is that its telephone set is unintuitive to use."

"That was my 3rd time in Wuxi, and the 2nd in this hotel. It is really wonderful place. Very comfortable, the room is amazing, my room was in the 43rd floor with an incredible city view. The breakfast was very nice, but the corridors was a little dirty, nothing that comprised the hotel quality. It is very well located. I recommend it in any kind of trip, business or vacation."
