The staff is great at communicating and can help set up drivers and tours as you are interested. We wanted a calligraphy class ... so they had a local painter come to the hotel and guide us in a private session. Inside the city walls - it was close to everything including the subway (1/2 mile away). The outside courtyards were the perfect place to...

"房間與原先訂的不符,原本訂了大床房,卻給了雙床房,要經一輪理論及給予原先訂的房間資料,才不願意地更换,但換了一間三人房(,一張大床及一張單人床)。但房間原先綱上的尺寸是22坪,但到埗後所有房間約得13至15坪左右,但给我的房間是有兩張床(ㄧ大,ㄧ細),令房間更加感覺無空間。房間設備非常簡單,三條浴巾,一部電視,ㄧ個電水壺。只住了二天。退房時無問原因,只説餘下三天的住宿费不會退回。服務員態度非常不禮貌。甚麽都與她無關。是綱站騙了我們。令人氣憤。"

"i was staying there in the winter during Christmas. They had a little christmas party that all guests can join that was so much fun. all staffs are so nice and helpful. I have such a great experience while staying there."

"The hostel is cool and cozy. But still lots of things should be improved. The shower water was too hot and when you adjust to a little bit cold, it became cold totally. And the shower time has been limited. Only one hair dryer in front of the shower room. No seated-toilet. You can experience the traditional way they live. "You will get more than expected for the price you pay for staying here. First of all, me and my group of people had so many last minute arrangements and Steven and his team attended to us attentively, fulfilling all our needs. The place is so near to Muslim Quarter that its so easy to get souvenirs and you will not have a chance to be hungry. This place is extra cosy and all the staffs were so friendly to us. The toilet was cleaned everyday during our stay. Thumbs up to everyone in Alley Youth...
