"房間與原先訂的不符,原本訂了大床房,卻給了雙床房,要經一輪理論及給予原先訂的房間資料,才不願意地更换,但換了一間三人房(,一張大床及一張單人床)。但房間原先綱上的尺寸是22坪,但到埗後所有房間約得13至15坪左右,但给我的房間是有兩張床(ㄧ大,ㄧ細),令房間更加感覺無空間。房間設備非常簡單,三條浴巾,一部電視,ㄧ個電水壺。只住了二天。退房時無問原因,只説餘下三天的住宿费不會退回。服務員態度非常不禮貌。甚麽都與她無關。是綱站騙了我們。令人氣憤。"

The place is so near to Muslim Quarter that its so easy to get souvenirs and you will not have a chance to be hungry. This place is extra cosy and all the staffs were so friendly to us. The toilet was cleaned everyday during our stay. Thumbs up to everyone in Alley Youth...
