"The photos online did not do the house justice. Although nice online, it was even better in person! Had a chance to meet Gwen and she's very nice and personable. She took care of our minor situation immediately and responded to texts in a timely manor. I drive a Kia Sorento and was able to fit my car into the garage. Which made us feel better considering there aren't any outside lights (unless you leave the porch light on). We were only minutes away from everything, including the beach. The...

"Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. "

"The property is lovely. Perfect for a landing pad while exploring the area. The house is clean, well appointed and was quite relaxing. It is all you need for a weekend get away. We had no problems getting in, directions were spot on and everything was easy to find. St. Mary’s has not changed much in the last 40 years, and I love it even more."

"Sea Cottages of Amelia is a gem between a busy neighborhood. The nature feel is very relaxing. Just a stone throw away from good restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Will definitely stay here again. Just a suggestion, since you allow pets in the cottages. It will be better if you use a quilt or comforter instead of a fuzzy blanket. Dog/cat furs are hard fo remove on fuzzy blanket."

"Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time. "

"They overall stay and property were great. There was a couple bugs under the sink. Also have someone tighten your lock. It turns sometimes I figure thats why it was engaging at first."

"Perfect place for my husband, daughter, and I to stay. We had an awesome time on the golf cart and bicycles. It was a great location with many restaurants and shops right down the street. We went to east beach, the lighthouse, and ate at several restaurants. We had an awesome time and hope to visit again soon. "

"We had an amazing two day stay in Amelia Island. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room to both be together and spread out while inside. The sunrise on the patio was beautiful! Very short walk down the dock to the beach. Lots of shells, but not lots of people. "
