"13 miles of beautiful beach accessible from the grounds of this condo building. Hear annd see the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom! Everything you need for your stay is provided- beach umbrella, beach towels, games if it rains. The old historic district of Fernandina Beach is 5 mile drive. Great restaurants too. The condo is quite comfy but somewhat dated. All in all a pleasant stay. "

"Nice quiet location. Enjoyed the upper floor views of the ocean, and the breeze. Spacious balcony. Good inside furniture, though outside rocking chairs could use replacing. Unit is comfortable for a couple, or a small family. Suggest that the unit provides beach towels. Luckily we brought our own. We would stay here again."

"Great 4 day getaway for 2 adults and a dog. Communication from booking to check out was great. Ambiance upon arrival is inviting with music, nice decor, and nicely scented rooms. The view of the ocean is great. Nice sized bedrooms and baths with very comfortable beds. Smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen stocked with all the dishes needed.
