"We brought our three dogs to this property. Two of which are young and high-energy breeds. Both dogs spent every morning in the fenced in kennel playing and then walking around the property. The upper pond was perfect and they enjoyed swimming with us. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy nature especially with their pets. The location was beautiful, the property was clean, and overall a unique and wonderful experience. I would recommend for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy...

"We really had an amazing time at this property! Rented for a long weekend with friends before our wedding day and everyone had the best time. The thing we kept saying was, we will have to do this again next year but for longer! Only hiccup we ran into was Google maps got us turned around a bit, but we should have downloaded the maps ahead of time. Service getting to the spot was limited but we actually had decent service once we were there. 10-10 recommend!"

"This rental was very cute and perfect for our family of 5. It had all the amenities we needed to cook all our meals which saved us money. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Air condition and wifi worked splendidly. The location is secluded so don’t expect a quick drive anywhere but we knew what we were looking for and Welleboro was only about 25 minutes away and we went there several times. "This property was amazing. Having Twin Kiss Icecream next door was fabulous. You can walk down to the river, chill by the fire, grill on the back deck or enjoy the newly remodeled interior. It was a lovely experience and will be staying again."

"Pros: We had a great weekend at this property. The location was great and the views were gorgeous. The owners were very nice and the check in / out process was seamless. Communication was great. The cottage had everything needed included towels and linens, which was nice. Cons: The only constructive feedback that I have is the amount of bugs inside the house both dead and alive. I expect bugs, especially in the wilderness but not to that extent."
