"Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! "The view on the property was beautiful!! The house was very spacious and beautifully done! It was well stocked with towels and extra blankets. Our group of 6 felt extremely comfortable. Check in was made very easy! It is very close to Tall Pines ATV park. We were able to ride our ATV's over with ease. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!"

"The GPS lied to us about where it was, however we found it very easily (it was just across the street) we didnt really relaize that it was gonna be a little tiny neighborhood type thing but there wasnt really anyone else around and it was very nice and quiet! "Property overall very clean. Gas Fireplace didn't work and calling someone didn't help either. The Gas grill had a burner not working because the controller was broken. Coffee maker didn't come with instructions and only because we had seen a similar coffee maker in our past did we figure out how to use it. None of the accent candles they had put out were working.
