"This unit is the best place to stay, especially for work trips, but not only for work trips. There are lots of fun things to do around Richardson/Plano and amazing food. The listing was exactly as described and check-in was seamless. Annie was extremely responsive and provided wonderful help when needed. It’s not too long of a walk to the unit itself from the parking garage which I was thankful for. My only negative is not getting to stay as long due to being relocated for work. I would...

"The guest house is well kept and kitchen is well stocked. There is a nice patio and garden/yard area included for use (along with an outdoor grill). You are also able to park your car inside a gated driveway right next to the unit, which was convenient. It was centrally located in a bit older area of Dallas, but was a very safe neighborhood. The host was great and kept lines of communication open. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever back in the area."

"The property was clean, updated & super conveniently located to everything nearby. Its a 1/1 but truly has a lot of space. We loved that the kitchen was well stocked and they even had an extra cot in the closet to use. I stayed with my 5yo and 1yo sons. We had a great time enjoying the pool & game area. Truly loved our stay. The property manager was available to text and responded quickly to all of my questions. Seriously such a great stay!"
