"I wanted to be out in the country but feel safe at the same time. This was just the ticket. It is in a country setting, but being close to the main house I felt very safe and secure. The cottage is a small one, but for one or two people it is just perfect. It is a perfect quiet get away when you just want to absorb nature and the quiet."

"i have never had such a quiet time wlhen staying at a lake home. we ha d the use of kayaks and canoe to paddle on the lake. a dock to swim off deck to sun our selves. our daughter and our grand children were with us. they went hiking at arcadia park and at baxter state park. but the camp made the whole thing it was just as advertised."

"We stay in a lot of VRBO homes and this was a great experience. Many little and appreciated touches that a lot of owners do not think of. Plenty of room for the whole fam. My college aged kids loved the space to spread out and really enjoyed getting out on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. "We loved the location of this property. We have our own kayaks and we loved how easy it was to get them in and out of the water. We also enjoyed sitting on the wraparound porch where there is a nice breeze coming off of the other lake across the street. The kitchen is recently renovated and the bedrooms are nice and cozy. I have also never seen a place so well stocked with firewood. Property managers are ver friendly and helpful. 10/10."

"The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again."

"Our stay at the Schoodic Lake cabin was absolutely fantastic! The cabin is a real gem—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully situated right by the lake in a very private corner of the shore drive. "Great lake setting. Nicely appointed. Rooms and beds were great. You have to be ok for multi bedrooms accessing the one bathroom located in the master. The lofted singles being accessed via a pull down attic ladder was an issue. Overall it is a great property, but has a couple of quirks. If you are a smaller group, it likely won't have any impact. We appreciate all of the excellent responses and service from Jason in preparation for our stay. "
