Experienced a broken toilet at 1015 pm called down to front desk and was told the gentleman would be right up. After 45 minutes called back a second time and was told by same gentleman “oh ok just a minute” and the line went dead. Called a third time to the same person who said “ I am the only person here and I can’t come up and fix a broken toilet.” It would have been nice to know that initially because I was then told that my only option was to move rooms at 11pm. The gentleman told me he could not bring me a key and instead I had to pack all my bags and come down to front desk to get a new key. When I went to the front desk I was given a key by a female who gave me a key for the room right next door to my original room. Therefore, the fact that there was at least one male and one female on property that could have delivered me a key to avoid me walking to the lobby in my pajamas to just go right back upstairs was very disappointing. There was clear lack of customer service and lack of clear communication and transparency. It’s a shame because I have stayed at this property before and now will go right across the street and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Definitely have lost a customer
