"Home was mostly updated and amenities we good. House did have a musty smell. Never been to the Adirondacks before, so didnt know where to stay. Location was about 1 hour drive from mountain hiking trails. Local restaurant options left something to be desired. desired."

"In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. "It is very basic accommodations but met our needs for someplace to sleep and shower. Comfortable for two, crowded at four. Road noise that didn't bother me but might bother some. Entrance sneaks up on you so finding it in the dark for the first night was troublesome. Stay away from the McDonald's in town. They could care less about their customers. Rude and my food was old, cold, and incorrect."

"The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival.
