"Absolutely loved this spot. Easy walk down to the beach and convenient to town. Check in process went flawless and the place was in great condition. We did have to reach out to the property team while we were there and they were super responsive. "

"The area is all antique homes. Alot of farm land. I always thought New York was just cement and high rises."

"We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the tenant above was also very quiet, and has the cutest dog's. We ate at the Ugly Rooster café, ...

"This is a great, clean, well taken care of home! Beautiful property with fire pit and cozy swing. Perfect and convenient location for us. "

" We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded whenever I had any questions.The...

"This was a beautiful property that is well maintained and beautifully appointed. It is a short walk to the racetrack and heat for anyone there for racing. It is close to downtown and easy Uber access to all this quaint town has to offer. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication and easy access. I highly recommend!"

"Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house! It had plenty of space for all 20 of us to spread out and relax, ages 8-102. It is close by to many fun things to do in the ADK but the house itself is so relaxing, we barely wanted to leave. The lake was peaceful and the dock sturdy. We used it every day! This is a fantastic place to have a relaxing vacation. We look forward to returning next year!"
