the location is great, the check in staff are rude, they probably gave us the worst room in the hotel .The hotel is very charming and well located, close to everything, this is a very important point. just one inconvenience at the time of checkout, we left our bags in the hotel locker, we received a ticket with the number of bags left, when the transport service arrived (a service that was scheduled by the hotel itself) I asked for the bags but they forgot to give us one . We missed that suitcase when we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel several times and they told me that there was no forgotten suitcase. I sent an email saying that I would like security cameras to check what happened, since the bags were counted and we only left the hotel for the airport, from that moment on, the hotel confirmed that there was a bag. But it was already late, we were boarding the plane that would take us back home. When I arrived in my country, negotiations began to receive the bags. Anthony, was very helpful, negotiated with me how it would be sent, however, shipping would be very expensive for the hotel, we sent all the receipts for the purchases we made in NY and they said we would be reimbursed. what actually happened. only the amounts spent and not the inconvenience. Remembering that there were gifts, purchases, various items that we researche and wanted to have in our country with us. Unfortunately this “cost” was not reimbursed.

O quarto em que ficamos no primeiro dia era muito ruim, era virado para uma parede com varias maquinas, pequeno e com cortina no box que tinha um cheiro ruim. Não dava nem para saber se estava sol ou chuva. Depois que reclamamos fomos alterados para um quarto maior e com vista para cidade, este era muito bom. Todo pessoal do hotel é muito simpático, a localização é ótima e a questão do Tesla para nos levar nas proximidades auxilia em dias de chuva. A estação de metro fica quase em frente.
