"Hotel was quiet. There was no housekeeping service, which I do not believe was explained."

"Great experience overall but the check in process was confusing and the hot tub did not work as advertised, nor did the Inn have an outdoor, heated pool - that’s at the Lodge, down the hill. Good place to take a family with young kids, easy access to ski lifts but the area is very small…but this is Michigan…we make the best of what God gave us. The “Legends on the Hill” restaurant was AWESOME - food and service - and a two minute walk from our room. "

"The rooms were far from the water, not like to picture. The living space was nice but the beds were very uncomfortable, we didn't even stay our second booked night. The room was very cold and drafty, and the thermostat was programed to 68 degrees and we very cold, it did not warm well. It didn't even come with towels! We had to go and buy our own. We wanted to rent snowmobiles and was told it was too warm, it was 35 degrees outside! When we asked around they said that it was not true, plus...

"Older resort but has a lot of charm. Because it's older the lobby has that older smell to it when you walk in. Parts could be updated to some of the buildings. We rented an economy room with twin beds and a bunker up top in the Lodge building. The room was clean and cozy with comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom, table and TV with mini fridge and coffee maker and closet with ironing board . The grounds and view were gorgeous. We ate at the main restaurant and it had a cozy feel and pretty...
