"Esse hotel é realmente maravilhoso! A gente queria conhecer o Great Wolf há anos, mas ficamos com receio do valor. No final das contas, compensa muito só pelo fato de ter o parque aquático, que podemos começar a usar antes mesmo do horario do check in. Optamos por comprar o pacote alimentar, que vem almoco, café e janta referente a diária que compramos e a comida era deliciosa. Recomendo e voltaremos, nota mil!"

"While there were many positive aspects of the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa-nice facilities, great pool area for kids, and clean rooms; the entire experience was a bit stressful, particularly parking being extremely hard to find. "Our first time staying here. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of amenities such as pool, gym, dining which were great. They don't have cleaning services unless you're there for a week or longer and even then they charge you. One thing I didn't like was that there was zero storage. I'm the type of person to unpack and use drawers. But there was no drawers, just an open table and the bathroom had one small shelf, no where to put toiletry bag or any toiletries. "

"Overall the White Oaks resort has many positives- beautiful lobby and dining areas, wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, nicely decorated room, many options for in-room movies. The one negative was an uncomfortable bed- too high and the mattress was too firm for both my husband and me."
