Welcome to our lovely flat with a wide terrace exposed to the East at Grado Pineta, on the 1st floor of a building with no lift, 450 metres from the beach. This lovely apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. With 60 square metres of floorspace, it provides ample room for relaxation.
Featuring two bedrooms, one double bedroom and a second one with two single beds with a small balcony, one bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen, this rental is perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen is fitted with essential amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and dishwasher, making it convenient for preparing meals.
The living area provides a cozy space for you to unwind and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. Here you will find a single sofa bed from which a second bed can be pulled out. You can catch up on your favorite shows on the TV or simply relax in comfort. The partial air-conditioning ensures a pleasant environment even during warm summer days.
For your comfort, there is a parking lot or garage available free of charge.

Children are more than welcome in this rental, making it a family-friendly option. However, smoking is not allowed to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests. Please also note that the rental does not have access for wheelchairs.
