"I booked the wrong date by mistake and the hotel reservations manager sorted this out straight away and was very helpful. We checked in to our room and it was freezing. I called reception and they sent a staff member up to try and rectify. Again she was really helpful but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, they allowed us to move rooms. "Nicely out of the centre and yet within walking distance of supermarket and lovely country pubs. Fairly close to park and ride making trips to the centre easy. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in all areas. Would recommend."

"I was initially sent to a room with broken air conditioning. Then a technical person came to fix it but when we returned it was still broken. We were moved to another room where the air conditioning was working but didn't really cool the room. The first receptionist seem she tried to see if we would not complain about the first room although she was the one who moved us later in the day. The shower pressure was also weak.
