"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."

"Tolles nagelneues Haus, Heizung, Licht .. über smart home regelbar. Es gibt 2 TV`s was sehr schön ist (einer im oberen Schlafbereich) allerdings steuert man immer beide an, da sie zu nah aneinander liegen. Vorhänge im Obergeschoß wären toll. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mir wär nur ein Esstisch, statt des Stehtisch für zwei, im Küchenbereich lieber. Lage super, mitten im Wald mit Bach hinterm Haus, sehr schön ruhig ... verschiedene kleine Skigebiete im Umkreis ... wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"We had an amazing week enjoying the lovely autumn landscape of the Giant Mountains. The house was perfect for three families with kids age 8 to 11. It‘s also situated perfectly for trips to Pec, Schneekoppe, Ardspach, even Ponikla. The meet up with the contact person was very pleasant, too. We would love to come back again some time."

"Wir waren eine Woche im Haus Frilo und können positiv von Haus und Umgebung berichten. Sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht . Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte. Sehr praktisch ist auch das man in 10 min auf der polnischen Seite ist ,wo man auch sehr lecker essen gehen kann. Die eine Woche hat uns sehr gut gefallen."

"Obsługa znakomita i zasługuje na pochwałę. Jednakże byłoby super, gdyby goście NIE WESELNI nie byli meldowani do pokoi nad salą weselną. Nawet w stoperach ciężko było spać, bas przenosił się po ścianach i po łóżku. Goście korzystający z basenu i sauny niestety nie wiedzą jak zachować się w saunach publicznych i zachowują się głośno."

"Die Unterkunft konnte mich wie immer überzeugen, ich kann sie weiter empfehlen. Da ich hier häufiger da bin, kann ich auch sagen, dass es sich ein wenig verschlechtert hat. Die Sauberkeit könnte ein Ticken besser sein und auch das Personal ein wenig freundlicher (und informativer!). Das Frühstück lässt sich zu wünschen übrig. Aber ansonsten profitiert man hier vom kostenlosen WLAN und Parkplatz. Das Zimmer ist groß, geräumig und recht neu."
