"Our stay was great! The host let us checkout late since we had a later flight. Location was fantastic! Just steps from the beach!! All appliances are newer and the kitchen included plates, bowls, coffee cups, toaster, blender, etc! There were beach towels to use, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler. Additionally, there was grill to use - which is how we made our Thanksgiving meal there was construction right next door, but did not impact our stay one bit. "

"Perfect for 2 people and our smallish dog. Location is great, in the middle of the Bywater, about a 1.5 mile walk to the French Quarter via Crescent Park trail. Small yes, but not too small. Great courtyard with plenty of privacy, or you can sit at the bar by the street. "

"Clean. Well, laid out. Plenty of towels in the shed for us to use, along with tons of boogie boards, floaty’s chairs, and umbrellas There were hooks everywhere, which made it easy to dry off swimsuits. The host friendly and available. The recreation area was just paradise. My kids were able to walk to the beach, barefoot. The only downside was that we got a lot of mosquito bites our first night. I was able to reduce it by spraying the front door with mosquito repellent, since there were gaps...

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our needs. It is situated on a quieter stretch of beach, and the beach itself is wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed. The views from the large windows are spectacular. The master suite is especially lovely. The property managers were responsive. We highly recommend the option of the beach chair service, and the bonfire was a true highlight of the trip. We would highly recommend this special property! "
