The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. The property is not too updated but the rooms serve the purpose well and the price paid seems very reasonable for what you get. The room had all the basic stuff needed. "the apartment was located in a great area, 50m away from the beach. the place had all the equipment needed for a family stay (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, tv and home cinema system, all kitchen appliances, wardrobe etc).
