"Top-shelf! The staff are very friendly and helpful and go beyond expectations. We enjoyed the modern decor. The lounge, games room, and exercise room are very spacious and nicely furnished. One very minor imperfection is the location of the refreshment vending machine in the lounge. It is very loud and should be moved around the corner or further away from the lounge or else get a quieter one."

"The property was very nice, but the unit we had was directly over the entrance to the garage, and we could hear the overhead garage door opening each time. The windows looked right out onto the front entrance. Would've preferred blinds that came down from the top, to let in light but maintain some privacy for the bottom half of the windows which were to the floor. "

Has one washroom which is very modern, it is on the main floor and bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroons ok in size. one has a queen mattress while other has a double. Double mattress could use being replaced as one tended to roll to the middle. Overall a good value property within easy driving distance to downtown Ottawa."

"The house was dirty and filthy when we arrived. House messy and unkempt, not ready for the paying renters, unbelievable! The kitchen sink, plate rack and placemat have molds. All bedsheets and comforters were not laundered, smelly like were used and were not changed and washed. One of the comforters had bloody spots like from having period. Disgusting! Floors and rugs filthy, pillows have no pillow cases and no garbage can in the upper washroom. Pillows and beds are old and thin! We have to wash...

"Prédio histórico em formato de castelo construído no início do séc XX. Localizado do lado do Parlamento, um lugar central para quem quer turistar. O hotel é bem bonito e parece que congelou no tempo, na decoração interna e na hotelaria (decoração, atendimento etc).
