"We stayed here to attend a Cleveland Cavaliers game. It’s an easy walk to the Rocket Mortgage Arena. The staff go over and beyond to make your stay a good one. My room was upgraded to a corner room overlooking the theater district, which is beautiful at night. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was excellent. This was my second stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning."

"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely.
