"We really enjoyed our time here. The house is in a great location with plenty of privacy. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks, and the closeness of the put-in was great. Well stocked with everything we needed - even a stacked washer/dryer. Has a homey feel as another reviewer said. There is a grocery store nearby and a good amount of restaurants around. "While many homes in this neighborhood are still struggling to recover from hurricane Ian, this cozy litte place is primed for the tourist season! Recently updated with very pretty, Florida decor, and sitting right on the canal for easy access to the gulf, our time spent here was relaxing and pleasant indeed. One thing to note is, it may not be a good fit for an older person who is prone to falls. I care for my mom, and would not have wanted to bring her here, as most of the rooms are on...

"What a wonderful week!! This property couldn’t have been more perfect. The house had everything we could have possibly needed- towels, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, bedding, etc. It was all on hand. The beds were so comfortable and we all got great sleep after playing on the beach all day. The screened porch was also a huge bonus- we enjoyed multiple dinners outside with garden lights on together as a family. "Location of this property is superb. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is but it is a lovely place to stay. Walkable to a couple great restaurants/bars. Easy 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida. I have to say, the only criticism I have is the parking spot is a little small. Other wise an amazing 5 star stay. Would go again in a heartbeat "

"Our stay at the Kozy Kottage was great. It was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two minute walk to the beach was easy. The beach was fairly quiet when we were there (not many people). The sunsets were great. The town was nice as well. Tiki Bar and Grille was our favorite place we went back a few times. Locke and Key Restaurant and Farlow on the Water were also good food and service. We plan to come back to Manasota Key in the future and would definitely stay at the Kozy Kottage...
