"We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. "We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. "We didnt receive any information how to check in. After I contacted Expedia, the owner emailed me finally. The day before arrival, I texted the owner & was told how to check in. The next day we flew in, I texted the owner we'll be there in 2 hours. The owner replied: something happened yesterday & the apartment is not able to be given for rent. It was 8pm & we had no place to spend the night. "

"Loved the location and amenities. Room was tiny but as others have mentioned, use of space is amazing and you do not want for anything... They have thought of it all!! We used the pool, the grill, chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and dock to fish from.... And we caught A LOT, albeit just to throw back in 😊 Will definitely be back.... "The property was more beautiful than we expected. There was more than enough space to lounge eat or relax. It was so clean we didn’t use the linens or pillows we brought with us. Anything we forgot to bring was in the pantry! And which host leaves us sodas, water and a bottle of great wine?… Richard!
