"We loved our stay at this condo. The location is fantastic! It’s in downtown and so many places to go within very short walking distance. We did not rent a car because there was no need. We even did a wine tasting sail boat tour (highly recommend but reserve in advance because it sells out quickly) and we walked to the ocean but took an Uber back. Less than 10. "The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire...

"What an amazing stay! Felt like the VRBO days of yore, when properties were accommodating and felt genuinely lived in. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and more, and the bathrooms were even stocked with extra toiletries—a nice touch. The property was even better than the pictures, and David was kind and communicative before and during our stay. 10/10!"
