"The location was absolutely perfect - close to the promenade and like a 5 minute drive to the heart of Portland. Nice neighborhood feel. Brought our dog - space was perfect for her - cute little yard in the back. Parking space is perfect as well. Rooms were cozy and clean. Beds super comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay!"

"This apartment was really nicely appointed. Fairly easy to find. Parking is a bit tricky. plan on using the pay parking lot next door. Since this is right downtown, everything is within a short walking distance, but Friday night was a bit loud (for us fair-weather sleepers). Communication with the host was great! All in all, I would recommend this place. "

"Jocelyn and Brian were great. Our other accommodation for our wedding cancelled with very little nice and Brian got right back to us about his place and made a stressful situation so much better! The place is beautiful and perfectly located in the Munjoy Hill area. Easy to get to and a lovely place to walk around."

"great design. well executed. Very clean. Things to know: the mattresses are all firm. If you like a pillow top, bring one. The artwork has been changed out for color photos of western parks, etc. not a problem , but it does alter the aesthetic. Hot water in the master shower is a bit tricky to get the hang of, but works. "Our host was an excellent, prompt communicator. He even offered information about things to do in the area. He was very clear about expectations about our stay which at first was a little off-putting. Cooking no greasy food seemed a little much and had us wondering what was allowed. The property was well stocked and as described including the slanted floor. We weren’t aware at booking that parking was only on the street. That would have been nice to know. It’s a 20 minute walk to downtown which...

"We really enjoyed our stay. This little third floor walk up was a perfect place for my husband and I to explore Portland. It is homey and comfortable and spotless. If you have any issues with mobility you should look elsewhere, but that is disclosed in the listing. The last set of stairs are very steep, but we found it charming. I highly recommend this rental. Well done! "
