"This place was perfect! The location is right on the river with accessible fishing, 30 minutes from a beach on the lake for swimming, there is a playground and firepit on site as well. Just the right size for our group to stay and play comfortably."

"Our group has an annual Fall outing that usually puts us in Southern MO or Northern Arkansas. We elected to stay much closer to the KC metro and found the One of a Kind Lodge. The house is beautiful and built with high end materials and finishes. The view to the East is spectacular. Plan on taking walks, fishing, cooking and sitting in rocking chairs. We had a very relaxing long weekend."

"the location and place were fine. A lot of things needed 'tightening up.' The bunk bed was not assembled tightly and wobbled. It also has a metal frame that was pressed up to a metal electrical box, which in many places would be a construction violation or hazard. Other things needed work. The porch light is burnt out. Things like that. "
