"My parents, my wife, and our children all had the best week at this property. The view and access to the beach is amazing, the elevator was very helpful to those who needed it, and our experience was pretty close to perfect. Communication with host was prompt, thorough, caring, and helpful. Will definitely be returning!"

"To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. Beware of the 4 foot high...

"The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you "

"Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it."

"Great location right on the beach. Very clean place. We enjoyed our stay. The only hard part was the parking situation as stated in the other reviews. But I would def stay here again!"

"Great location with easy access to beach. It was well stocked with plenty of kitchen items and laundry supplies. The house has lots of room with individual family space for everyone. "

"The property has a good floor plan, great location (lots of stores/restaurants nearby), very responsive management company, and the unit was clean. Also, we enjoyed having the extra soaps, bags, TP etc. Thank you! The downside of the property is that there are a number of things that are broken. For example, one of the burners on the stove doesn't work, the handle to the microwave is loose (the already taped handle is starting to come undone), the shower dial handles in 2nd fl master bath and...
