"The place is adorable and convenient to the town. Could use a little updating with the downstairs furniture and some repairs on a few of the blinds. This was our second time there and would definitely stay again. "

"Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need."

"We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Beth and Randy wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Very clean and so comfortable living area. Will definitely reserve again"

"We loved the layout of the condo and the neighborhood, also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We felt right at home. The only so called complaint was that there was a bit of a moldy smell at first in the condo. We bought a couple of candles and sprayed everything with Lysol…..also several days we were able to air out the place by opening the doors which helped. It’s not due to the owners because I know that the humidity in Florida is the cause of this. I would definitely stay there again...

"Salty pearl in the perfect location to shopping and beach. Quiet, clean and private. Mande and Bruce were helpful and personable. I would most definitely stay here again. "

"This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it! If we come back to ft Walton I know where we will be staying. 😊"

"We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times)."

"When I arrived, the master bathroom tub had roach poop (quite a bit) all around the drain. I am going to assume that since this is the off season, no one has stayed in this unit in a while. I would suggest having someone check the unit when it has not been rented in a while before new people come. I did have to run and step on 3 roaches. Maybe it needs to be sprayed more? The back porch sliding door was very, very hard to open and close. This was my second time coming this summer. I would...

"It was a nice place, but the bed in the master felt like we were sleeping on plywood. There wasn’t a ton of things to bake with. We had to borrow things from my sister’s condo just to make a casserole. The seating area on the porch was ok, but not a ton of seating. It was a great location relative to the big pool; it overlooked it."

"We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves."

"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

Destin maravilha.

"Hotel maravilhoso, otima localização, confortável, cafe da manhã muito bom para os padrões americanos. O unico senão ficou por conta do atendimento, pois fui solicitar ajuda para conectar meu celular na rede do hotel e quando a atendente estava tentando resolver o problema veio outra moça la de dentro, me parece árabe pois estava de Hijab(lenço na cabeça), extremamente grosseira comigo e com a atendente que estava me ajudando, eu estava encostado no balcão enquanto ela tentava conectar meu celular e a arabe exigiu que nós dois saissemos dali. Tentei argumentar mas ela foi muito grosseira, até com a propria colega que estava me ajudando. Nota zero pra essa pessoa."
