"When I arrived, the master bathroom tub had roach poop (quite a bit) all around the drain. I am going to assume that since this is the off season, no one has stayed in this unit in a while. I would suggest having someone check the unit when it has not been rented in a while before new people come. I did have to run and step on 3 roaches. Maybe it needs to be sprayed more? "We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Beth and Randy wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Very clean and so comfortable living area. Will definitely reserve again"

"This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it!
