"The overall house was beautiful. There were some issues and David, the host, was so nice, helpful and attentive. He got the maintenance man, Max, out immediately to rectify them. Max was also great, very nice and efficient. For a family of 8, we couldn’t get the ice maker to work which was no biggie. We bought ice bags from Publix when we picked up food. There weren’t enough lounge chairs around the pool for 8 people (only 4 lounge chairs) and 3 out of the 5 bikes had flats or the chains were...

"Recently enjoyed a week at this fantastic beach house. The property truly is as the photos depict and exceeded expectations. The location is quiet and the beach access could not have been easier. The owner/host of this property has truly thought of everything and makes sure that guests are well informed of the property amenities and the local offerings. "The house was clean, had plenty of towels, loved being able to do laundry during our stay, neighborhood is quiet and you feel like you are the only house around. We spent most of our time enjoying the outside pool/spa area. Master bedroom is the only bedroom that has a tv, I would have liked to have a tv in the other bedrooms though. Other than that, we loved our stay and we will definitely be planning to stay here again."

"We flew the West Coast of Florida for the East due to Milton. Although there was still extreme weather at this location.the comfort and general ambience provided the break we were looking for. Good sized rooms spacious outside space and close proximity to beaches and parks. The communication with the host was excellent and much appreciated under the circumstance of an imminent storm. "I was traveling alone with my little dog to avoid the hurricane but can only imagine what a fun house this would be for a family with kiddos! The location was great, game room had something for everyone & the pool looked inviting. However, the star of the show for me was Tony, the guest contact! Tony went above and beyond to see that I was comfortable & well cared for! My hero of storm season! "

"This house and the hosts are absolutely amazing! The house was so clean and stocked with everything you would need. The pool was so great! Check-in and check-out is so smooth and simple. The neighborhood is so perfect, whether you are coming with adults or you have kids. And the beach is less than a 5-minute walk from the door. "Visiting family after not seeing each other for 5 years. This home had everything we needed and more. Very well kept and extremely comfortable. So clean and well stocked. Definitely a home away from home for any guest. The area has so many great restaurants and bars. Beautiful beaches and parks. Can’t wait to one again next year. Book this one you won’t regret it guaranteed! "
