"Great place to stay for large group. Check in info was incorrect but quickly solved with a call the the property manager. It is great to have parking and easy walk to duval and beach! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub is older and set to highest temp and could only get about half the jets to work but really didn’t have time to use it anyway."

"Absolutely perfect... We loved it here! Easy check in process and great communication with Deidra. This apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has 2 large bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bathrooms, a living room with sliding glass doors to a deck with ocean views and a nice big kitchen with new appliances plus a washer/dryer for convenience. You are just a short walk over the dune to the beautiful uncrowded beach. We walked to Jetty Park on the beach several times. Here you can...

"Was the perfect place for my needs. Small kitchen and adequate living area. Back yard was large- allowed for trailer parking and access to my garage apartment. Close to center of town with access to coast highway and beaches. Would utilize space again should I be back in the area."

"Our family enjoyed our stay over New Year's week. The townhouse was clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The neighbors were quiet and the location was excellent. We especially enjoyed morning walks to the high end coffee cart (Tilli's) two blocks away, continuing on to the pier. We would stay again. "

"We were very happy with the property. The manager was always available. They advertized an outdoor shower. Turns out it was a toilet shower sink and washer and dryer. Plenty of linens. Even found some coffee and creamer in the cabinet. Close to beaches. So many resturants. Just lovely!😍 will book again"

"We had a great 3 night stay in this cute, cozy, super clean and newly renovated property. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. We loved the large deck with a lovely view to the ocean. It was a very short stroll to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Communication was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property."
