Salty Air Retreat is fully updated with a fun, beachy vibe and we can easily accommodate up to 8 guests with 2 spacious living areas and private heated pool. Our backyard oasis features full sun throughout the day for enjoying sun-filled days swimming, or relaxing after a day at the beach! We provide all that you need for beach day adventures - you'll find beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a beach buggy to haul all your gear - available for guest use. Salty Air Retreat is perfect for family vacations and couples' retreats - just bring your swim suits & sunscreen and ENJOY YOUR STAY!

The main living area opens to the kitchen and dining area and has 2 full-size couches and a 55-inch flat screen Smart HDTV. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and all the items necessary for preparing a home-cooked meal or family barbecue. Our dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests. This beach house has a king size bed in the primary suite with queen size beds in 2 additional bedrooms plus a daybed with trundle and sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom suite has a private bathroom, walk in closet and smart TV. Both queen bedrooms also include smart TVs. Upgraded bathrooms include tile showers and a tub. High speed Wi-Fi internet is provided and we have 5 flat screen televisions in the home. There is an upper level screened-in lanai/outdoor area with seating and dining for up to 8 people. The lower level has a family room with TV, kitchenette and pub table directly off the pool area which also has a gas grill. In-home washer and dryer is located on first floor and available for guest use. Interior entry from ground level. This home has everything to offer for a family or group of up to eight.

Our property is locally owned and owner-operated to ensure the utmost care and personal service is provided to all of our guests. The minimum age to rent is 30 years old. If you're younger than 30 please reach out to discuss your scenario - rare exceptions may be granted.

We welcome furry friends - up to 2 dogs with payment of a $125 pet fee, no breed restrictions. This is a non smoking residence. For guest safety and property security, two cameras are located on the exterior of our property and will collect information at arrival and throughout your stay. From our ideal north-end location, take a quick walk north to Times Square for dining & activities or drive south to Lover’s Key Beach and beyond to Bonita Springs and Naples. From off-shore fishing excursions to boat & jet skiing rentals, kayaking nature tours, and even parasailing nearby, water sports enthusiasts will find plenty of adventures here! From Fort Myers Beach take a short drive or boat ride to Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Captiva Island and beyond. Southwest Florida is home to Major League Baseball Spring Training - catch a Boston Red Sox or Minnesota Twins game at our local stadiums.
