"This property is in a good location about a 3 minute walk from the beach. Its cozy for two people. Its a little older but very well kept. Fairly priced will stay again if we get back to Jacksonville. "

"The apartment was in a quiet gated community, nearby many places. It was uber clean and comfy. Had everything needed for a stay."

"Outstanding location and amenities! Breath. taking sunrises.......we will be back!"

"Ok, very simple. Door lock needs attention. You have to push the door just right, not too much and not too little for the lock to work. Difficult if your hands are full!"

"The house was musty smelling could use a dehumidifier. The shower drained slow and could use updating. Kitchen cabinet door would not close and the floor looks pretty rough. Would have been nice if the bedrooms had TV’s."

"We loved our stay, would definitely consider renting here again. Host was very prompt in answering my questions. Since we flew to get here, the extra amenities of beach chairs and towels were really clutch. Great location. close to enough to walk to restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, even with our young kids. Such a quiet street, really relaxing spot. "

"Clean as a whistle and very spaciouss. AC a little tricky to monitor (too cold). But overall great experience "

"Convenient location. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Check in easy!! Would have like a cookie sheet or baking dish but overall kitchen well stocked."

"We enjoyed our time in Jax and were overall pretty happy with this spacious historic rental! Just a few things to note- the bathroom was not the cleanest. I would highly suggest to change out both of the shower curtains, as they are stained, torn, and have questionable brown substance on the decorative shower curtain. Would have loved to have shelving of some sort in the shower to put all of our things on. The windows let in any sound from outside, which wasn’t an issue at night, but just...

"We travelled to Amelia Island for Pledge the Pink 2024 event. This condo was the perfect location for our stay and meet all of our needs. The location right by the beach is great for everyone. The renovations and decor were nice and clean. I really like the cubby holes to help with storage and the hanging bars in the bedroom. We appreciated the supplies to get started. A great place to stay and enjoy the island."

"The property was very nice, and the room was cozy. The only negative was not being able to utilize the hot tub when we wanted to, and the bed mattress needs to be replaced, it is very uncomfortable. "

"We loved this spot. We had everything we needed. Great location and very responsive property managers. (We had a cold snap and needed help with heat.) Great experience! "

"Very nice experience! Walk right out to the beach and pool. My kids loved seeing the tortoises in the little courtyard! Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that little “kitchenette” area is somewhat awkward. Overall, we had a great trip!"

Pessimo atendimento e serviço.

"Pessima estadia. Reservamos quarto para quatro pessoas, chegando tinha duas toalhas de banho, não queriam oferecer toalha pois disseram que não tinham a chave para pegar. Não encontraram uma das reservas e disseram que estavam me fazendo um favor de deixar a gente entrar no quarto. O quarto não foi limpo em nenhum dos quatro dias em que ficamos, não trocaram toalhas. No último dia deixaram somente duas toalhas novamente, fui na recepção e o atendente foi muito rude que fiquei com mede dele me bater. Foi bem crítica a situação. Eu não volto neste hotel."
