"I will begin with the hard spots first. The Aria room is in attic on third floor is at the top of a very narrow steep spiral staircase. I am a fairly fit 60 yo 5’7 man and the steps were not easy for me or my wife to navigate. Also the bathroom is on the cramped side. There is a shower but the roof slopes so low that a bath in the tub is much more comfortable. Older wider less agile folks should choose another room. Now the good parts… this property was wonderful. Our attic room was spacious...
