"We had a good overall experience at this place. Mattress in bedroom not my favorite, maybe needs box springs on bed. Location was good. This place was clean and had everything we needed. "

"Excellent place. Very well done. Great remodel for an older home. Great location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We also don’t mind walking. We averaged 6 miles per day. Convenient parking lot out front if it is open and you have a small car, which we do and we parked in in the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again! "

"This quiet little historic neighborhood is perfectly located for so many attractions. Ruby falls, Rock city and the Incline railway are just minutes away. There's pretty gardens on the property with various seating areas for relaxing evenings. The historic house is charming, clean and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need for a stay."

"The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient."
